Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly, so please notify us of any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be processed. A full refund may be issued upon receipt of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Sofort, Bancontact, IDEAL, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, within 1 business day of the order date. Shipping is usually the same day as processing. We do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Within the Netherlands, shipping can take 1-2 business days. For shipments within the EU, shipping time is 2-6 business days, and for worldwide shipments, this can take 7-10 business days.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Are there any customs duties and taxes charged?
The prices on our website are exclusive of taxes in Euros. You may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. If you receive items that are incorrect, missing or defective, please contact us via WhatsApp. Please include your order number, photos of the items and other relevant information when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. For credit/debit card payments, refunds are typically sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank or credit card company for details on refund timelines. If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
